Teresa is experienced at getting to grips with the heart of the problem you are trying to solve and identifying learning needs (also known as learning needs analysis, training needs analysis or simply 'TNA'.
Sometimes long term coaching might be the best solution, or initial training backed up by coaching. It all depends on what problem you are trying to solve, so talk it through with Teresa.
Teresa sometimes works as an Associate for other training companies, or alongside in-house trainers on learning and development projects and welcomes enquiries from other trainers and providers.
She is also available for interim and contract work for example maternity, holiday and sick leave cover as 'a safe pair of hands' who can hit the ground running.
